  • We have technicians on call 24/7 in the event of an emergency. We want to make sure your generator is taking care of you when you lose power.

  • If your generator is properly maintained and serviced, it should work without you ever touching it!

  • Yes, you can. You need to keep records of the service to include receipts of oil and filter purchased. In addition, the generator needs to have been installed according to specifications or the warranty is void.

  • Give us a call and our tech may be able to walk you through it over the phone.

  • Each generator is different, but those specifications are usually available from the manufacturer. If you have your model number available, give us a call and we will try to help.

  • The worst thing an engine can do is sit, and generators sit idle 99% of their life. An AMP through us will give you the peace of mind that your generator works exactly how it needs to.

  • Change parts, inspect connections, ensure the generator voltage matches your utility power, correct any problems so there is no problem when you actually need it in a power outage!

  • When your generator fails, we can potentially diagnose over the phone for $25. If you are one of our AMP customers, this is a free service. Hopefully we can resolve it over the phone and we don't need to send a tech out.

  • The typical emergency starts when you generator doesn't! We will be there with you to figure out what the best steps are and come up with a plan to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

  • We may not need to! Sometimes we can help you over the phone and save you the charge of us driving out there!
